Like me, journalist Kathy Antoniotti has a love-hate relationship with squirrels. She notes quite aptly in an Ohio.com article that “for an animal with a brain the size of a walnut, squirrels are some of the most ingenious, tenacious and industrious animals on the planet.”
And, having fought the good squirrel fight, she’s finally decided to call a truce. She’s even found a cute garden (shown above) container that you can place out back to enjoy the irony of squirrels eating the plants growing in your very own squirrel-decorated container. I suggest using a clay pot, so it will last throughout the ages, helping feed countless generations of rodentia.
